Discount Tire Direct Black Friday DEAL!
Figured everyone on here should know about it, money is money.
Discount Tire Direct is doing an INSTANT $50 off at checkout on any four tires through their website. Don't forget they also do FREE SHIPPING everywhere.
Great deal if you need some winter tires, or have a set of wheels that are getting a little low on tread.
I just ordered a set for my winter wheels for my piece of shit:
(4) Falken Ziex 512
$68 each x 4 = 272 - 50 instant rebate = $222 shipped to my door
Pretty good deal on a set of tires.
I expect some +REP and someone to mount my tires for free in the future.

Unfortunately if you get tires of any decent quality or size, the $50 off just brings the prices down to where Tire Rack usually is every day. The tires I was looking at are $12 or $13 (each) more expensive than on Tire Rack, so the $50 off just evens things up to where they should be. So it really just turns it into Black Friday price matching.

OP just saved me about $100 over buying from Tire Rack. The set I was looking at were only ~$2 more expensive each than on Tire Rack. +rep indeed.

When I checked, shipping was $40 through TR, so it would be $8 cheaper (in your case) to go through TR. But, take the $50 off, and you saved $42 quick bucks.
Thinking about ordering another set.

discount tire will meet anybodies prices. i sent it a request one time that tire rack was cheaper and i had somebody call me the next day giving me a deal.
