I actually have Microfibers, I have no idea why I call them terry cloths. I have about 100 give or take. I buy alot of them, most are cheaps but I have a couple decent ones. I never threw them away just put in a bucket.
I used tide, with no fabric softener. Just figured I'd ask.

Thanks for all the pointers. I've been saying I need to step my detail game "up" but never followed through. Sadly I 'detail' alot of peoples cars for them. I've gotten lucky and haven't torn anyones cars up, but I dont charge either.

I need a decent random orbital. I have all these pads and only a high-speed buffer, nothing that will utilize these pads.
