Depends on your budget.

IMO, Crome and Dyno INC in VA Beach.

I prefer a good tuner over a shitty one.

Pick your tuner. Then ask what software they use.

Locally, see my signature and ask for Shad. He will tune Hondata and crome.

Prefrence for me? I like Hondata.

Someone makes this exact same thread every two weeks or so, but it still seems like every day.

Listen to this guy.

There are other options too, like Neptune. Remember that no matter what, all the tuning software does is make changes to a stock program. So as soon as the tuning is done, it works exactly the same as anything else. That's why the most important thing is using software that the tuner is comfortable and familiar with, assuming the software can implement whatever features you need.

And by the way, I'm just going to throw this out there because it's been really annoying me. This isn't rocket science, but it's one of the most misunderstood things that I see consistently when talking about tuning:
You're NOT using Hondata, Crome, whatever in the ECU, you're just using a stock program modified by the tuning software. It's like having a graphic designer edit a picture in Photoshop and then downloading the picture to your phone. You're not running photoshop on your phone, you just have a picture that Photoshop edited. Whatever software the graphic designer used doesn't matter, it's just an edited picture.
