After seeing how it looks....I'd say go with the matched, It looks more like a body part and i think it would look out of place if it was black.

I'm desperately waiting for something to be cleared up because I found a sick deal on the tonneau and on wheels.....

Yep same problem I had when I had my s2. And the Mugen hardtop came back just far enough so I could find out my trunk hit it when I opened it. Found out the hard way.
