anyone know how the 92-95 civic ex front lips are secured? arent they 8mm bolts?

Yes. There are a shit load of them aswell as two on the fenders if I'm not mistaken.

I'm thinking of the front bumper, nevermind. Still, the lip is relatively easy to pop off.

10mm head bolts, all thread into little nut clips that slide onto the actual bumper cover. There are about 10 of them.
