Can someone who has free access to unlimited carfax reports please help me with a report?

Considering buying this as a parts car. The guy has no title. I need to make sure this car is not stolen.

They don't do unlimited reports anymore as far as I know. It's either $34.99 for 1 report or $44.99 for 5 reports. I just bought the 5 pack so if you're interested in splitting the cost just let me know.
