i can see service done from brand new till 40k miles, after that, didn't see any!!! but it's one owner!!! No accident for 02!!!

I'm leaning towards the '02, but we would need way more details to make an informed decision.
The owner may have gone to an independent mechanic after repeatedly being raped at the BMW dealership contact him and see what he say about the service record.
80K on a properly maintained 330i is nothing,

this person can't drive, owner was probably a woman
