Only if they are turned on. But if it is for a navigation system, then it is legal (alot of new cars come with it from the factory)

yes they are illegal if up front if they are on. But if a cops asks you about it say you have it hooked up to your e-brake and that will not work unless you are parked and have your e-brake on.

then if it didn't come with your car, its illegal period. For no matter what purpose you may be using it for.

nope i had a 7inch monitor on the dash of my truck. i got pulled over he asked me if it were for navigation. i said "yes" he said "prove it" i said "i didn;t have a disk". then he gave me a ticket he said any tv in view of the driver whether it is OFF or ON not for navigation purposes is illegal. i wasstupid cause you could see the tv a mile away on the dash but i bet if you had them in the visor or the flip out joints and only turn it on while parked you should be fine

i just dont drive with the front ones on. i got one next to the steering wheell and one in the lower center console. or i keep the lower one onn so people cant se it drivin by, and if i get pulled then i just hit the off button.

it is illegal if it can be seen from the driver seat.
