I had an 89 hatch and loved it, id go with the hatch, its got room for 4 and just as light

I think hatches are ugly. CRXs are lighter too. Plus I have one so I'm biased

hatch=lighter and more room haha
crx0= looks sportier, heavyer, no room to work the middle

personally i say hatch but its up to u
