Default Brake Pads

I was wondering if anyone knew if the EBC green stuff pads could be used in the front and rear interchangeably.

I think you should pay for someone to work on your car. If you can't, then don't replace the pads. They will still work with the metal plate that the pads are attached to.

The green and red are different compounds. Front brake pads go on the front of the car, rear brake pads go on the rear of the car. That doesn't have anything to do with the type of compound. Slowly back away from the car...

And while your brake pads are being installed, check out EBC's site and see if they have some good information to help clear up your confusion.

If you decide not to take the advice everyone is giving you and have a someone knowledgeable work on the brakes then make sure to take before and after pictures.
