BMW for NEON (crazy rite????)
Ok, I got offered a 03 Neon SRT-4 w/ 70k for my bmw. It is silver w/ black leather, and only mods are CAI and BOV. Now here is the kicker... it has a salvage title. What do you think... am I retarted, or is it a decent deal?
