Best anodizing / powdercoating companies 757
Hey guys,
I found a few powder-coating companies locally and wanted to get some feedback as to who is good and who isn't. Also, I didn't have much luck finding anyone offering billet aluminum anodizing services locally. Does anyone offer it? Any referrals would be great! Thanks Chris Smith |

Finding a good powdercoater is easy. Finding a good anodizing shop is not.
There should be anodizing shop or two in the area, but likely Richmond or NoVa is going to be your best bet. Finding a shop that's willing to deal in small batches or sneak a part into a batch for another customer is the key, and won't charge a lot for racking because of that. Most industrial anodizers deal in very standard (limited) colors, like black/red/blue, so that may eliminate a lot of shops depending on what you're looking for. Make sure you know your part size, aluminum alloy, color choice, desired surface finish, etc., before you start calling places. |

Virginia Silver Plating in downtown NPN; dunno if they do walkins/non business but you can always call and ask.
