Instead of wasting your money with building a b16 you can spend a little more and have a nicer more reliable and newer designed motor oh say a k series thus eliminating all the fuck out of your equation and adding equivalent gas mileage if not more.

OBD1 SIR-II B16A is the one you want. Anything less is in D territory.
