Attempted Rims Theft in York Co.
Went outside of my apartment monday morning to find that the lugnuts had been removed from one of my cars, all except one. Whoever had taken the lugnuts off had managed to strip one lugnut and were unable to remove it. I'm assuming this is why the rims are still on the car, to take only 3 would be worthless. They took some of the lugnuts with them for whatever reason, so I had to go out and buy some new lugs, luckily no damage was done to the car. This was in York County off of hampton hwy, sometime in the early morning hours of Monday. Whoever did it left their tool behind that they were using to take the rims off, a 3/8 Prick Punch. Just wanted to give everyone the heads up.

The officer that came said he would have taken fingerprints off the tool except for that fact that it had rained all night long. I'm lucky I happend to see a few of the lugnuts laying under the car before I drove off.

Regardless of the rain, the oils from their fingerprints would still show up. That's some old CSI shit right there boy! Yeah..........

when my car was broke into the second time, it was raining when the detective came. Since the car was wet, they wouldnt take the fingerprints off the door. All we need is one finger print!
