Default Anyone heard of XTEC brand HID kits?

There's a vendor selling them on the Corvetteforum and they're getting good reviews. My C5-R lights look sweet, but the lights suck b/c they're non HID and the light pattern is broader than OEM. The new kit is $325+ shipping and its' a direct plug n' play

They are quality. I'd say about half of the E36 M3 faggots run lighting from umnitza (http://www.umnitza.com/) and they use the XTEC HID stuff. I haven't heard any complaints from the hardware or quality. PM E36DJ on here. He'll give you the skinney on the umnitza kits b/c I know for certain he keeps up with all of that.

Here's a pic of the kit for my girlie car.

And if I weren't a cheap bastard, I'd shell out the 650 bucks to get it. Oh well.

I'd really like to get the conversion kit and HID's for my car. Sealed beam sucks.

I'm not sure of the details, I PMe the vendor for more details like what "k" they are 5000 etc. They seem to be getting good reviews and the price won't break the bank.

Just keep in mind anything over 4300 lum is not as bright. 4100-4300 is best once you start gettin into 5000k-7000 ect ect your getting more color with the bulbs and not as bright so keep that in mind.
