Anyone have a Nissan Xterra?
We're in the market for a new car, and the Nissan Xterra is at the top of our short list of vehicles. We're looking for a small SUV (we have a Subaru Forester now, want something just a little larger). Not considering any domestic vehicles. The only other one we're really considering is a Toyota 4Runner, but not much room in the back seat.
Anyone have an Xterra and have anything good/bad to say about it?

Nissan xterra and Pathfinders are Great, 96-2012 are awesome, but my personal favorite is 97-02 Pathfinders but XTERRA'S are just as realiable, an will easily turn 300k,
I owned 2 Pathfinders 96 an 2002,

Don't know why you don't like the 4runner, but my mumz has the new RAV4 and it's been dead reliable and I think it has plenty of rear seat room

Re: Anyone have a Nissan Xterra?
Absolutely love my 06' Xterra. It just hit 60k miles and still runs like a champ. Maintenance is pretty cheap too, just had the dealer change front/rear diff fluid, transfer case fluid, tranny fluid, coolant, and new belts and it came out to 480 (and that's with Nissan fluids). The only thing that is gay as fuck is the plastic accents (bumper, roof rack, mud flaps) shit turns grey, like dove gray. I've tried different restorers but they only last for like a week or until it rains. That and it isn't the best on gas. Right now it takes about 60 to fill it up.
