Anyone have experience with MB CLSs?
My mother is considering one for her new car... I figure a CPO '07 or '06 will do the trick. They're amazing to look at and with the huge depreciation they're great values.
Has MB fixed their quality issues of late?

I used to work at a MB dealership as a service writer, and I can say there really arent too many big issues with the CLS. I worked in Tysons Corner, so it was all the rich stuck up MILF's that had nothing better to do than to complain about stupid stuff.
Obviously the main thing that comes to mind is CEL's. I think there are a couple MB techs on here who'd probably have a better idea of other things. But overall, I'd say they are fairly reliable cars.
But please please make sure that it is MB CPO'd. Its an excellent extended warranty plan.

^ Yes... it will most definatley be CPO. My mom thought they were 100k+ cars. WhenI told her she can get a nice CPO one for 40s she about crapped her pants.

My clam's sister bought one and it was a huge PILE, took it back to NOVA where she bought it and they swapped her into a identical one same day. Something to do with a wiring problem, it would drive 4 or 5 miles then shut down and not start at all for about an hour.
