Any of you cheap bastards use a F1 Racing eBay special chromoly flywheel?

Putting a LS1 crate motor in my father's Panoz. Have a few options on clutches, don't need anything fancy as it'll only make around 330 rwhp. I have one of these (http://www.allreplacement.com/product/3386) sitting on my work bench right now for $0.00. It's only 2lbs heavier than a Fidanza aluminum unit. I also have an old 2001 Z06 stock pressure plate and disc from an old car.

I was thinking of using them together for a grand total of $0.00, but I'd rather spend the money and do it right/once vs. installing crap.

Thoughts? Internet browsing says:

1. Chromoly is far more prone to warp when heated.

2. Chromoly is more brittle than billet steel or aluminum.

3. Everything off of eBay is 100% garbage.

4. All you guys are fools for buying expensive stuff when it's made in China anyway and I've had no problems with mine.

Ive used multiple F1 clutches and lightweight flywheels on both my integra and turbo civic and never had a problem, they actually held up better than the exedy or clutch specialties clutches that I have had over the years and at 1/3rd the price I was very happy with them. Not everything on ebay is crap, just most of it. And for a total of $0.00. what do you have to lose. I mean if it fucks up you can make a thread and show us all how to replace a flywheel on the panoz. Thats a WIN/WIN for you.

If it fucks up it could fuck up the $$$ Quicktime bellhousing (clutch explosion) and/or I'd have to go back in there again and do more work on the car. I'm running at 11/10ths OCD on this thing in hopes of little to no re-work and years of issue-free track time for my father.

Then I'd go name brands if you want reliability.

+!

Especially given the car's intended use, and the fact you haven't exactly skimped on other parts of the build.

Aside from the actual parts connecting the engine's output torque to the rear wheels...

(I don't get why you would skimp out on this. You'll end up driving the car around worried about a pending clutch failure.)

Yeah I just looked through your build thread, and after all that work, why cheap out on this? I would sell this to mitigate the cost of a new clutch. And then you won't have to be worried at all of potential clutch failure/ destruction of the bell housing.

Yeah but does anyone have any actual experience with them? Even a crappy Chinese alloy chromoly will be stronger than billet.

They are under rated.. in the bmw world we use them, there stage 4 for our cars are rated for 450 or so tq, at around 500 wtq i have yet to see any slippage in the clutch package after 12k miles. also have good customer service.

Any stories of component failure? Any stories of warped flywheels floating around?

To be clear I'm only considering using the flywheel, not the pressure plate or disc.
