Honda Crate Motors
dont know if this is old news or new news to anyone
from my trust SCC again (wow im getting a lot of useful info out of this mag)
"Mr. Gasket's new G-Sport division is preparing to offer complete, built B-series crate motors with hardly any actual Honda parts in them. The 2.1-liter monsters will come with a Dart block and head, Eagle crank and rods, forged pistons (maybe JE, maybe Weisco, we'll see), G-Sport cams, cam gears, valve cover, intake manifold, fuel rail, injectors, pulley and oil pan and DFI engine management. The engines will come fully broken in and dyno tested, and will be available in high or low compression trim for turbocharged or naturally aspirated installations. Expect to pay $8,000 to $10,000 for one of these crates."
