Are Aftermarket Rims Illegal???
Ok, for some reason my friend believes that aftermarket rims are illegal. So I did some research to try and help him understand that they are not.

Plus my dad is a Certified State Inspector and has been for a long time. He talks to State Troopers to see whats new and whats changing.
What I don't get is apparently my friend says his uncle who has been in law enforcement for 30 years says that they are illegal. I proved my friend wrong so now he is on a tyrant asking every cop if they are illegal.
Could I be wrong and he could be right?

I don't know where the heck you got that outta the inspecton check list you posted. no where in there does it say anything about wheels being illegal.

id figured i would get that, i know they arent illegal but my friend insists that they are for some reason
