my 94 gsr, the vtec aint kicking in and the car wont warm up? any answers????

sounds like vtec fluid is low to me. if you look at the valve cover from the top there is a cylinder on the top left. That is your vtec fluid resevoir. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH IT!!!!! Vtec is serious stuff, thus fluid is under a lot of pressure. Only a shop can take the cover off and check/fill the fluid

Figure out why the car won't warm up and fix the problem. Then worry about VTEC.

I'm assuming you have a bad coolant temp sensor and it just appears that the car isn't warming up.
