91 Isuzu Pickup
I have this truck and I have already tightened the torsion bars as much as I can and put a 3 inch lowering block set in the rear but have not taken out leaf springs. I want to know if there is a way of lowering the truck further with maybe shocks or something

From an ex minitrucker, airbags... Its the only way...
Or you could pull leaf springs or get lowering leafs and or bigger drop blocks...
For the front you could get lowering torsion keys... I'm not sure what LCA and spindle options you have... You may want to look into that...

Or you could pull leaf springs or get lowering leafs and or bigger drop blocks...
