yo i was pulled over for going 85 on 495. the speed limit near springfield is 50. i was talking to some peeps, and is it true that its like going 90 in 55 which is automatically jail time?

I got pulled doing 81 in a 45 in Northern Va. I had a clean +5 Record. They gave me reckless driving. $300+ court fees, and -6 points on my license.
