What happens above 5,000rpm (the engine delivers its world record torque of 1,760 Nm at 5,600rpm) is too much for human vocabulary.
If I've converted these numbers somewhat near correctly, 780cu/12.9L 1100hp/1300ft.lbs. 0-186 in 10 seconds.
