Re: 2nd Reckless.
Anyways, to the OP, did you see a lawyer on the first one? If not, see a lawyer on the second one. I'll never understand why a person doesn't at least see a criminal defense attorney when he gets any substantial ticket, 99.9999% of them have free first consults. If you had gotten a lawyer the first time, he probably could have gotten the charge reduced (depending on what you were doing). The second time it becomes harder because you already have one on your record.
IIRC the reckless suspension is 6 months. If it was just straight speeding (i.e. only reckless because it was 23mph over the limit, nothing else was going on including your behavior during the stop), you might not get suspended at all. It depends also on what your driving record looks like. This could also all be wrong because I'm just googling it now. Not really familiar with VAs reckless laws.
So, see a lawyer. It won't cost you anything and you'll get much better info.

Re: 2nd Reckless.
Your going to a federal pound you in the ass prison.
But seriously a lawyer is a good Idea. It will be well worth your money, also I would take a drivers inprovement class before your court date. Try to get your points looking s good as possible.
