$1900 is a steal for an NA with that sort of mileage and a new top. Owner probably pissed somebody off so they posted his car on CL for a great price so that owner would have to put up with all the inquiries. OP is pissed off because he doesn't get the good price that he was hoping for, and whines on driven.
