1988-1991 BMW 325xi - Looking for opinions
I am interested in purchasing a 1989 325xi that obviously needs a little TLC. I'm not worried about any work that needs to be done, as I have until it starts snowing before I need to worry about using the car. My concern is once I get this thing running and looking in top shape, will it be a good car to me? How did BMW do with the AWD system on this thing? Electronic problems to look out for? Things to check for that are common BMW things, ect.
It's primary use will be long distance snowboarding trips so I'm trying to find a cheap, reliable AWD car that I can fix up. Plus I kinda have a thing for E30's.
Thanks for looking!

i have had like 7 e30s...none have been the awd but they all have been great cars ...always ran good and never let me down...and afaik all are still on the road....
i dont think you will have any problem with the engine of the car...not sure on the awd system...
