I just bought an 08 Lancer evo X. Me and my friend drove it home from the lot and he pretty much drove the whole tiem as Im not used to stick. Anyways I was trying to start the car this morning by myself and I couldn't get it to crank.

Is it supposed to be on first gear. The car almost feels like it wants to turn when I step on the gas while turning the ignition but other than that nothing? Maybe its faulty wiring and should I return it?

Did you buy it from Auto connection where you have to insert the key and wait a minute for the "beep" sound? Haha, don't know how many people get fucked up on that thing.

yo bro my friend had the same problem in his evo, he told me there is like sum kind of factory fuel cut off switch or sumthing that they had a recall on it, so you have to go to the dealer and get it serviced!

if that dont work then return that shit!

Some kind of like alarm system. You miss a payment, you cant start your car.

But before you turn the ignition to the start position, you have to wait for a faint "blip/beep" sound and then you can start it.
