Where to go to modify a leafspring?
Where can I take a leafspring to get the main leaf reversed in order to lower the car?

Re: Where to go to modify a leafspring?
You can take it to a metalworking shop, who will heat and bend the eye and will then have to take it to a heat treating shop so it won't kill you when the eye cracks or fatigues. If you even think about touching a leaf spring with a torch or other heating device, don't even think about putting it back on a car without being heat treated. It may or may not fail, but the heated section certainly won't be a spring anymore.
So you ideally need to find a spring shop that can do both things at the same place (bend and re-treat).
Or you can buy a spring with a reversed eye and the correct arch for the ride height you want. That would cost money though, which I assume is the exact opposite of the reason that you're asking about bending the eye of an existing leaf spring.
Call these people and see if they can help you out or know a place who can:

Try these people; you can get lowering springs and choose the eye you want too.

Re: Where to go to modify a leafspring?
Thanks but I'm actually looking for someone local that I can take my leafspring to and they can take it apart and flip the main leaf. I have seen this done before and its not that hard to do but the problem is that i dont have a press or something similar to arc the main leaf the correct way after flipping it. That is why I'm looking for someone that has the correct tools to do this
This is what I want to do to my stock leafspring but I need a press to re-arc it
