Anyone up here work at one in Hampton Roads area? I need to file a claim and have no idea how to do it. Went to one local to me and the woman said to get the sender to file it and I'm the one who needs to apparently, so I have lost a lot of time.

Are you the sender or the receiver?

UPS as a company is only going to refund their customer which is the UPS Store itself.

If you used The UPS Store then you're gonig to have to get a refund from them, not UPS.

It's a pretty shitty situation. I got stuck with that mess before.

 

The guy shipped it from the ups store where he lives in California, I received the product damaged from shipping.

So I don't think that is working because it needs his shipping address and it shipped from a store.

 

Good luck. They're all privately owned and have absolutely ZERO support from any kind of parent company.
