i have a 95 hatch with a jdm p28 ecu with a turbo chip with uberdata....are there any shops in the area or in the state that can tune the car with uberdata

so there are absolutely no shops what so ever in the entire hampton roads area that cant tune uberdata or hasnt even heard of it?cause this program works about 99% the same as hondata...u can tune fuel maps and injector sizes and duty cycles and vtec crossover points

 

are there any civic owners that have this program or can go with my brother to the dyno and help tune it?i didnt know the honda owners werent aware of this hondata killer!
