I get to go to work at 6pm tonite in the thick of this shit, my shift ends at noon on wednesday but if this shit actually comes through like they say it will, there is a big fat fucking chance that I will be stuck at my station for 2 days, the little 91 ain't making it through that much snow, and they don't come all the way down there to plow the roads until pretty much every other part of the state is cleared ha. Only positive is that ill get to drift like a bitch going to work and if I put the civic in a ditch ill get to buy a new car ha.

I'm in the same boat tonight. Supposed to head in around 6 until 3 AM. BUT, I'm almost positive we'll just be working from home tonight and tomorrow. Having the ability to remote in is very nice.

I've got about 1/6 of an opened bag of ice waiting in my garage, and another full bag in my shed. I think the GF and I are going to go over her moms and steal some firewood when she gets off of work today. I'm so happy this neighborhood has underground powerlines. I haven't lost power here since I moved in 2 years ago (knock on wood). My parents lose it regularly over in Malibu, and the GF parents all the time with just a gust of wind over off of Wishart Rd.

But, fuck snow. I'm done with this shit. It can go to spring immediately. I'm ready to wash my vehicles, do shit outside, not listen to my heat pump run constantly, take my dog on walks, look at young sluts in bikinis. Cold weather is for Canadians.

Tell me about it, I just got back on sunday from a week surf trip in so cal, sun and epic surf conditions,wearing shorts and sandals during the day and this is what I come home too. Fack.
