Skyline Sighting
anybody else see a Skyline in this area.. i saw one from afar on 64, going the opposite direction, i talked to a couple of friends and they confirmed it as well, saying the owner stays in governor's landing, here in williamsburg. Anybody else see a Blue skyline?

I have seen a "Deep Metallic black or navy blue" right hand drive once in this area, down at the ocean front in VA Beach.
Didn't know what it was at the time, then it hit me....

i heard the other day that they are gonna start selling the skyline in the states. it's gonna be a little slower than the japanese version, but i'm sure it can be fixed with aftermarket goodies.

you already getting it, well sort of the g35 out here in japan is label as a skyline for some gay reason. I heard that supposebly a R35 version might be send to the states, but who knows might be just BS.
I've been hearing this Skyline coming to America crap for years. They are already here, the Infiniti G30 and G35 coupes are skylines, rear-wheel drive, luxury, non-turbo R32 Skyline GTS's. Nissan will never bring the actual Skyline to America for the simple reason that, though a lot of people talk, nobody will be willing to spend 50k on a Skyline, but a very select group of individuals. I personally don't think America deserves the Skyline, because the only people who will get them are the rich, mommy-and-daddy buy me everything rice-boys and older men in their mid-to-late 40's who are just entering their midlife crisis.
As much as I would like to say that the Skyline would make it's way to America, I doubt it will in any way, shape or form. However, the next gen Skyline engine, the VG35, will be coming this way, but I don't know what it'll be in. Should be exciting, because I'm sure other cool vehicles made by Renault will be making their way stateside under the Nissan name (because Nissan is owned by Renault now). I would personally like to see the Clio Sport V6 24v. A hatchback sports coupe with a naturally -aspirated 24-valve V6 pushing 250bhp. That is gonna be one hell of a car.
