Shaking/loud rumbling noise at 7:30 tonight in Hampton Roads and area

I was sitting down reading on my couch and both of my dogs were sleeping on the floor nearby. I felt what felt like a tiny earthquake and heard jet noise (only different) and both dogs jumped up and were acting super sketchy.

Anyone else notice it?

I heard/felt this event. But I barely reacted to it since I live so close to Oceana.

the news said it wasnt a sonic boom? people all the way out in suffolk heard/felt this and the navy said they wouldnt have been able to feel/hear this in suffolk if it was a sonic boom.
I was at the EMS training facility on birdneck near general booth and felt it. The walls, windows, double doors and even the ground shook. after a loud boom. I was thinking Sonic Boom also. weird.
