Default Recommend a shop?

Need to get some cams properly shimmed in a head.

Anyone got a recommendation or experience with a place/person that does good work at a fair price? Preferably on the my side of the water...

Like I said...need cams to be properly shimmed/lashed in a P&P head i've got (for dohc focus). I don't know how to measure lash, nor do I have the necessary tools to grind tappets down to get everything to spec with what's on the cam card.
