Avoid this cluster fuck it's right in front of Casey on Jefferson if you're heading towards the mall.

I'm not sure why these morons picked Friday for this shit.

Last time I went through a checkpoint I got a front plate ticket. they are bs.

I've never see one over here aside from New Years or maybe July 4th and even then it's pretty rare. Nobody comes to Newport News to drink

Friday traffic on Jefferson is a crawl, and where they were set up was about 25 feet past the Jefferson / Route 17 interchange which is a major choke point for traffic around here.
