Re: norfolk school zones
No you wouldn't be going to Granby you'd be going to Norview.

Re: norfolk school zones
I live about 1/4 mile from that intersection and when I moved here my freshmen year of h.s. I was gonna have to switch schools or get an out of district transfer to continue going to Maury (which I did). Honestly Norview isn't a bad school and the new one they built is nice, but I'd rather go somewhere else. As far as Norfolk education goes my fiance went to Norview H.S. and just graduated from O.D.U. last spring with a Bachelor's in Science. School is what you make it.
BTW here's some grid codes. http://www.nps.k12.va.us/grid/Grid%20Codes05-06.pdf Further down Bayview towards Tidewater Dr. is Granby territory. |
Re: norfolk school zones
ya but i would rather go to granby

Re: norfolk school zones
I'd rather go to Granby than Norview as well, but I'm just telling you that unless you get an out of district transfer Norview will be the school that is in that district.
BTW I'm posting from a random laptop at CompUSA. Yes. |

Re: norfolk school zones
No it's not Granby. Seriously I live less than a 1/4 mile from there. It's Norview.
Here I grabbed the address of the Zero's on the corner of Chesapeake and Bayview. It's 8596 Chesapeake Blvd. Code:
CHESAPEAKE BLVD FROM: 8500 TO: 8598 |
Re: norfolk school zones
I think granby is on the Tidewater side of Bayview not the Chesapeake side.
