Default New Pho/Mexican Place

I just came from there and enjoyed the Pho very much. Oh, mods, if you feel the need to take this down then go ahead. I don't benefit from this, I'm just trying to share the info for a new Pho place.

talk about a melting pot.

I'm on my way out to try it out right now since they close at 8 and im starving.. and my black friend who was supposed to bring over my beef to make pasta is probably napping and has failed me greatly.

I spent too much time looking for it in the shopping center across from wall mart. I found it though atleast.. its actually right across from Hardee's, not Wall mart. I'm getting some Hardee's across the street instead.

this whole concept confuses me, especially for Norfolk...I would rather see a places focus on doing 1 thing 100%, then 20 things half assed.........not to mention um Mexican, and Vietnamese/Asian?...

I guess it is the locality that is my concern. Up here, especially in Arlington, there are places you can get Chinese, Greek, "American" and sushi all from the same take out counter, maybe he can bring that "One Stop Shop" feel to Norfolk.

Good luck with it though.

edited to add: As a former restaurant owner/partner of quite a few restaurants, Mexican and "Asian", especially a Pho place, have some great money making potential as the inventory is pennies. So financially speaking, smart move for low overhead on perishables and dry goods.
