Seems that eventually they flake on the inside of the rim from the ones I've seen, and once that happens they don't hold air.

I think I'll just re-polish these myself and re-clear them (pretty much how the factory finish is). If Brian's Chrome Powder Coat finish looks good I might go that route too. All depends. I'm going to be dropping by SAGE this morning.

When to Zee Machine today and talk to the guys. Chrome Plating need to send out to Cali to get it done so never mind about that....
Call Royal Silver (Chrome Plating Manufacture), said they dont Chrome Plating Wheels....

So i ended up washing my car and repolish it myself...
Before: Polished myself like 3 month ago so 3 month of winter + snow + salt + dirty turn out like this.

After:

Tools to done it....took me maybe 15 mins on 1 lip.

Compare that Polish job to the wheels that still Factory Polished with Anodized Clear Coat maybe 5 Years ago. This the reason why i want to get them done all over again, scratches and dull....

Anyone got an idea on how to clear coat polish wheels? So i can keep the longer with less maintain.

How much risk is there? I mean, what's the worst that could happen with a buffing wheel and some buffing compound?

I'd finish them myself by hand, I just need someone to get off months and months of baked on crap with a power tool.
