Machine shop to bore out intake manifold?
Looking to have my S2000's IM bored out to ~69mm by someone local. There's a company Ballade Sports that does the OEM one bored out but I think I can get a better price just having mine bored. They show their product being bored out to 68.75mm which shouldn't require modifying any of the coolant passages or mounting points for the TB.
Anyone have experience with it or know a shop that can do it?
Here's the one I was looking at
Appreciate any info

Are they just boring the throttle plate flange inner diameter? I didn't see any mention of anything else like extrude honing or port matching.
If that's all it is, any local machine shop can do that for you.

Yep, just that one little bit, nothing fancy anywhere else. I bought their TB which tapers to 69MM but figured I could save the $$ on the intake manifold by having it done locally. I just don't know any machine shops in the area!

Abacus Racing in Virginia Beach or Aerodyne in Portsmouth are the only two I know of. Of those two I would STRONGLY recommend Abacus...

Awesome deal, that's what I was hoping to hear - I'm sure most any shop could do it but I'd like to go with a place that has experience with car parts. I'll give them a call!
