I got laid off, what are some fun jobs out there?
Yep, well... i got laid off today; actually everyone at the restaurant did basically. The owner gave no notice at all, and closed the restaurant today and sold it, so i'm unemployed right now.
I'm not trying to jump into another job right away just yet, just resting on the money that I have. I just want to have my next job(part time) be a job where it's actually fun with ok pay, or if it has some good benefits that would interest me.. so if yall have any thoughts, post up..
so far, i've though of Best Buy for the discounts and the YMCA because of a free membership...
so yea, any recommendations would be cool; but I honestly think i might be done working in the restaurant world, i wanna try some other stuff out; thanks

Gay for pay porno... or you can be a lap dance tester outer for strip clubs... you'll make the dancers feel like they have more talent than they really do.

Arent you taking Automotive Technology?
Alot of dealerships will hire as an apprentice if you are taking those course.. I was hired at the age of 15 strictly because I was in the AYES program and taking the courses through Vo-Tech and have been around ever since..

oh yea, job also needs to be around poquoson/yorktown/patrick henry mall or near victory blvd area... i don't feel like driving too far away for work

No, i didn't actually. Its ironic as shit. Last night i was the night closer(6pm-10) and it was dead as shit.. i honestly only had 2 tables for the night. it was the slowest night i've ever seen there... i only made 7 dollars and my manager offered me a free meal because of it, and i told her i wasn't that hungry. She said, "oh ok, well next time you're here and you're hungry, you can get your free meal".... well fucking A, i should have taken it last night huh?

Its a drive for you, but go apply at BAR (not for security, for a barback).
I had a blast at waterside the 3 years I was there. And made some decent cash.

What exactly does a bar back do? I understand they help out the bartender and all, but not the specifics
