Looking at the VDOT cams, the gates on the east bound exit look fine.. Wonder how they got through. They MAY not have been down.

Yeah, but in order to keep speed going enough to hit two cars like that... and in a straight line... medical issue wouldn't be probable.

They're saying the person drove down 64 HOV the correct way and then got onto 264 the wrong way...
