I've gone through Ernie at Oceana Muffler, good work at thats about the best price your gonna get. I went to big al's for this last job and I told them axle back, and the bitch just cut it off at the stock muffler, only charged me 40 though. Im goin back to oceana when im turbo'd to get all the piping re-done.

I can do an installation at my garage up in richmond for $80, but i gotta have all the stuff. There's a shop right around the corner from my garage that sells stainless piping, but they're only open on weekdays. So, I'm just giving you an option if you're on a tight budget, I do good work.
