It's almost all general ed/prerequisites that I've got at this point. I'm an education major (horrible field so lookin to change) so I had to take alot of lower level stuff.

O. The best thing to do is just apply. See what happens. I can't tell you exactly what they look for because i've heard of people getting denied that had great gpa's etc. Really just luck of the draw if you or your family doesn't work there.

How did you apply...any website with good info? I read through the other thread somewhat. And I know TCC has the partnership program.

It does help to have college credit but sometimes you get lucky. That's basically what happened to me. Great program. Good luck getting in.

The shipyard doesn't offer a Nuclear apprentice program?

apprenticeschool.com

There are tons of trades to get into.

me and 07civicSI are in 068. he is in co-op, i am an Apprentice.

x11, and x18 are really good trades to get into, but require alot of grunt work. (constantly being dirty, metal shavings, sweating like an african, it sucks i did it for a year and a half and went to 068)

my department is SALARY.
-80 hours vacation right off the bat
-flex time
-bicycle!
-desk
-computer
-no hot work

i love it.

Gimme 6 days that will be different and fuck your bike!! Also RtryPwr is in the department too.

I am with him though this department is great. I was able to pick which department ( design or this ) and i don't regret my decision. Hours are great, pay is nice. Overtime if you want most places.
