Anyone locals sells wastegate springs?

i needs two springs to achieve 17-18psi just off wastegate pressure. this is for a tial 38mm gate.

I am curious too as my friend needs a 10lbs spring to replace the 15 he has now in his tial 40mm WG.

i just bought a smaller one to add to my 8psi spring to bring it to 16.5psi. it was $30 from ATPturbo.com
