Anyone know a good divorce attorney in Hampton?
I know I'm going to get fucked since guys always lose, but I at least want to try to get custody and all that shit. So anyone know a good lawyer in Hampton?

From what I've heard, she basically has to be abusive or a crackhead. If not, the best you can hope for is partial custody, probably weighted towards her getting the kid more often. It sucks but that's the way it is.
Also, did one of you cause this split? It matters in regards to whether she gets half your shit, and it might matter for kids too. I'm not sure.
