what are you trying to ship? a small package or you trying to ship a car/household goods to an overseas destination?
If your trying to ship stuff containerized I can hook you up with some cheap shipping rates depending on where you are trying to go and help find you a decent Freight Forwarding company to help you with your documents.
If you are just trying to ship a package then try UPS or DHL.
