Ron Ellis specializes in custom applications. I had a 92 Ranger that I lowered with beams that had the correct degree of bend so that you could still use the factory alignment specs. I was running 17's and everyone I called said that it was "impossible" to align the front end because of the drop beams, even after I explained to them that they were engineered with the correct offset for the 4" drop.
Ron Ellis said he could do it no problem, and they did. I dropped it off one night and picked it up the next afternoon, never had one problem with it. They even put my 17's on the front for me for free (had stock wheels as the alignment was off and I drove it 30 miles to the shop).
If i had a custom, trick, or really nice non-stock vehicle I wouldn't even think twice about going anywhere but Ron Ellis. End of discussion.

Make sure you have a set of camber bolts for the rear, as the stock are not adjustable. I'm on coilovers and was still able to align mine on our rack and Pence Nissan, which seems to be similar to ones that I see all over the place.
