The famous Circuitcross format returns to VIR's 1.1 mile Patriot Course on Sunday March 25 but now with a twist - a morning Circuitschool brought to you by Mike Junior Johnson and Evolution Performance Driving School! No I signed up.... Just ment, never thought about coming to a race prepped for such weather. It would be fun though. Blizzaks tire of choice for that I guess!

The moment you referred to Circuitcross as "a race", our insurance rep's head exploded That day was actually just wet, the snow was only sticking to grass. We wouldn't run if the track itself was snowy or icy. I think I placed top 10 that day in an E36 on full tread Kumho MX's...

sorry if this is a stupid question ive searched and cant find the answer, if i want to run my s2000 in the event do i need a roll bar? i know i do for hpde but wasnt sure about a circuitcross

Not a stupid question. Circuitcross is HPDE as far as the insurance is concerned. The S2000 is on the list of cars that are ok for NASA HPDE with factory rollover protection BUT there may still be a regional (i.e. VIR specific) rule that over-rides this. I will check and let you know.
