GT500 no-start issues.
Make: Ford
Model: Mustang GT500
Year: 2007
Engine/Modifications: 5.4L => Kenne Bell 2.8LC Stage 3, C&R dual fan H/E
Issues/Questions: Car turns over but won't start
Failed solutions until now:
1) Checked battery - had a bad cell and was replaced.
2) Checked fuses - both interior and engine bay, all good visually/tested with multimeter.
3) Swapped relays ( identical ) from rear window defroster ( what are the chances of it being bad?! ) to starter/ignition/fuel pump related relays.
4) Cleaned all grounds in the bay.
Car turns over but won't start, I started having issues a week or two ago with it taking several tries to get the car started but it finally just refuses to start. Took the battery in for testing ( fairly sure it was the original battery ) and it had a bad cell, replaced and car still won't start. KB kit and H/E were installed within the last two months, including new NGK plugs. Fuel pumps are kicking on, I would assume the plugs haven't gone bad with < 500 miles of driving but I haven't pulled them and battery is good. All electronics inside the car are functioning, headlights etc are all good. No CELs on of any sort. I'll be pulling the starter some time today to get it tested. If that passes I'll go ahead and start pulling plugs and doing a compression test, car only has < 15k miles and it's not beaten on so I'm hoping nothing major happened

Have you checked for spark? And you need to run a scanner in it anyway to see if there are any codes present at all. My guess is something elecrical related to the ECM or something to do with Anti-theft.... The camaro uses VATS that will do the same thing if the resistor goes bad. in the key.

Dang, that sucks... Hope you get it resolved. It sounds like a solid setup you got there.

Re: GT500 no-start issues.
Just started happening as it got colder out ( or that's just a coincidence ), would take a few tries to get it to turn over - now it won't turn over. Pulled the driver side plugs earlier to double check the gap / look for anything odd. Will be pulling the passenger side tomorrow ( couldn't find my 4mm socket to get to it today ) and check for spark then too. And yeah, running ~16.5lbs of boost.

Before you pull the plugs out try and start the car. Turn the engine over about 20 or so seconds and pull the easiest plug first and see if it soaked with fuel and if it is it then more than likely its not fuel issue. Also do you hear the fuelpump coming on When you first and turno the key on

Re: GT500 no-start issues.
I figured as much, no typical noises/symptoms of a starter failing, but I'm kinda shooting in the dark here.
Fuel pumps are kicking on. I'll also be running the battery back up to AutoZone and getting it re-checked, I've had a bad battery on arrival before so maybe it's just bad luck
